Within 5 years, RCS was recognized as one of the highest volume computer retailers in the country.
In 1995, Charles was named to Crain’s New York Business list of the top 40 executives under 40and he continued to build his reputation in the tech space by launching countless products.
Today, Starman Holding’s diverse portfolio includes companies in, Consumer Brands, Technology Distribution, Medical and Wellness Products, Semiconductors and Real estate Development, including Affordable and Workforce Housing.
Notable consumer brands include leading technology accessory companies such as Incase, Incipio, Survivor and Griffin Technologies.
The Medical and Healthcare segment features Northwell Health Products, in collaboration with Northwell Health, the largest hospital company in the Northeast.

In 2024, Starman Holding entered into a joint venture with New Photonics, a leading designer of photonics solutions for Artificial Intelligence and Data Centers, to create Pure Play Photonics Foundries in the United States.
In response to the housing affordability crisis, Starman Development was formed to focus on Affordable and Workforce housing. Starman Development looks to partner with local government to create winning partnerships, delivering a meaningful impact to local communities.
Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Tebele actively engages in diverse civic and philanthropic endeavors.
He has served as President and continues to contribute as a Director of the SAFE Foundation, while also co-founding the Mindful Eating Project, an initiative dedicated to aiding individuals struggling with addiction and eating disorders. Additionally, he also serves as a Director at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Tebele co-founded the McCain Bayh GBM Consortium, a public-private partnership which includes leading research centers focused on Glioblastoma research.
Dedicated to finding a cure for Glioblastoma, the Consortium collaborates with government and charitable efforts to procure the resources needed to end this incurable disease.
Mr. Tebele and his wife Nancy have been married for 37 years and have 5 children.
